This is our favorite restaurant in Niagara Falls. We always come here especially when we have family celebrations. Tracey and Clara always give us exceptional service and they make us feel welcome. The food quality and portions are well prepared and well worth the value. The service is exceptional and this is the main reason that we keep coming back to this place. As for me, no matter how good the food is if the service is bad, I do not go back to that restaurant anymore. Tracey and Clara addresses me by my name and it really makes me feel special and important - they make my family feel that we are valued here :) I hope they will continue the great service and great camaraderie with their customers. I recommend this place and I give them A. P.S. the Filipino crews are also very well mannered and polite. Kudos!

We love this restaurant and we have been there Multiple times. Customer service is amazing food is great and always fresh. I strongly suggest you dine in with with them you will definitely enjoy. Our server was Rebecca, this is the second time she serves us and she is great, very polite, respectful and caring

This place is on point! The all you can eat menu is quite extensive and the iPad ordering is easy to use. The food came out beautifully presented and FAST. Everything was delicious too! I am in love with the robot delivering the food too!

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Every server that helped us out was friendly and professional. There were several awesome ladies and Harold who I just can't say enough good things about. The food came out super fast as well. I'm new to Buffalo, NY and have been severely disappointed with every sushi place I've tried. Looks like I finally found a spot over the border! I even took some photos to make my friends jealous and hopefully tempt them to come with us next time. We'll be back for sure to visit Harold and the rest of the staff.

My husband is allergic to fish but I brought him here and he got full faster than me!!! The Japanese fare is so on point, it’s an experience of excellence we did not meet except for when we went to Japan. When we got there, I ordered everything I would usually get at an all you can eat restaurant and when I was really full, I started looking at the menu more closely. That’s when I discovered so many cool new things I had never seen before!! Like fruit and cheese rolls, the never before seen fruit dragon roll, mango on everything you can think of, traditional takoyaki!!!!! And for my Italian heart, a prosciutto, salmon and cheese maki roll!! I have to go back just to try stuff I have never tried before and I’m so excited to do it. The freshness of the fish was totally noticed as everything tasted buttery, fresh and delicious. I also appreciated the small portion sizes so I could order more and try different things! And everything tasted so so good. But the quality of the food was not the only thing that impressed us here. Everyone smiled at me when I walked in, thanked me for being there and asked how I was. The food came out quickly and all our orders were correct. The ice in my fountain coca-cola never reached the bottom of my glass. Before my drink was even completely finished, Ashely was there to offer me another. Before my husband finished his beer, same exact thing, every, single, time. Usually sushi restaurants are so busy that I always have to wait for my refills but not here. And this place was PACKED. a birthday party of 15 came in while the entire restaurant was full. It seriously amazed us. Another thing that seems to be highly coveted at sushi restaurants is napkins! For some reason we never have enough and it takes forever for new ones to come. Because of this, I use and reuse my napkin. But Emily came in, put a bunch of fresh new napkins down on the tables when she circled back she noticed I was still using my dirty napkin with new ones beside my plate. She quickly grabbed it so as to say “there are new ones there and I’ll bring you more when you need them” and I was just astonished. Seriously couldn’t say one bad thing about this place. If there was a place deserving of way more than a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend, East Izakaya would be it.

The best all you can eat experience I have had in awhile. Service was 10/10. Our server Harold frequently checks on us and was very accommodating to all of our requests. Ambience was 10/10. Menu variety was 10/10. Food was 9/10. I go to a lot of all you can eat sushi restaurant but this place takes it to another level. They have so many variety of dishes that I don't normally see at a normal AYCE sushi place which really gives us the izakaya vibe. The mood of this place at dinner is really moody and romantic though we left by then. Izakaya places tend to be quite pricey so for the price charged here, it was definitely worth. They have yellowtail (hamachi) sashimi which I have never seen elsewhere. I signed up for their rewards system because I will be making another trip back here when I visit Niagara Falls next. Ps. Their location is conveniently located near the Falls (10 mins drive). They have spacious free parking, it's worth the drive away from the Falls area. They also don't charge the tourist tax.

This restaurant is always my to go foody location, I cant stress enough how good and fresh the sashimi is- one word: world class quality. I usually spent my special occasions here since the restaurant interior is fabulous especially the bar area. Talking about the service, my servers are always amazing, they are very informative about the food, always go above and beyond whenever I need something. If you ever wonder where should you and your family spend quality time together; this is your top choices no doubt. Trust me and you won’t be disappointed like I never did!

Celebrated my birthday here and didn’t disappoint! We all came home full! I’ve been craving for a roll and they served us 3 premium rolls. I’m so happy we came here for dinner.
